The SquarePeg Product Council brings together an exclusive group of bold HR and recruiting leaders from mid-sized organizations looking to embrace and influence the future of AI in recruiting.

The SquarePeg Product Council, led by CEO Claire McTaggart, is taking the latest AI powered recruiting technologies, practices, and products and testing them, breaking them down, and figuring out what actually works.

Members get an inside look at the latest AI breakthroughs in recruiting, share real-world wins (and fails), and help steer SquarePeg's product strategy and roadmap. It's a space for pushing boundaries, separating AI hype from fact, and making sure we're building products that solve the real world problems your lean talent teams face today.

## Requirements:
- Attend at least 3 networking events and/or AI workshops.
- Meet monthly with the SquarePeg team for 1 hour to gather feedback and insights on SquarePeg product strategy and roadmap.
- Respond to SquarePeg quarterly surveys on budgeting, tech spend, and other product related questions.
